The Government of Mongolia has received a grant funding of 350 million US dollars under the Compact Agreement signed on July 27, 2018, with the USA Millennium Challenge Corporation with an aim to enable the Government to implement the Compact Program and achieve its objectives set forth in Compact. Millennium Challenge Account-Mongolia, an accountable entity established to oversee the implementation of the Compact, intends to apply parts of the proceeds of the funds to payments for contracts for certain goods, works, and services.
Contracts for Goods, Works and Services financed under the Program will be implemented according to the principles, rules and procedures set out in the MCC Program Procurement Guidelines (“PPG”), which can be found on MCC’s website at https://www.mcc.gov/ppg.
The procurements will be open to all bidders/consultants from eligible source countries, as defined in the MCC PPG. Interested eligible suppliers, contractors and consultants who wish to be included on the mailing list to receive a copy of advertisements should be registered on this page, or should contact the Procurement Agent for MCA-Mongolia at PA-Mongolia@charleskendall.com with copy to procurement@mca-mongolia.gov.
