MCC Procurement Guidelines

MCC Program Procurement Guidelines (PPG) establish the procurement rules and process for MCA-Mongolia procurements. The Purpose of the Guidelines is to protect the integrity of the procurement process and advance the principles of value for money, transparency, fairness, competition, and accountability. The Procurement Guidelines Apply to all types of procurements (e.g., goods, works, consulting and non-consulting services).
