The Program Implementation Agreement (PIA) provides further detail on the implementation arrangement, fiscal accountability and disbursement of the Millennium Challenge Compact Agreement, and the use of MCC Funding, among other matters. Program activities under the Compact Agreement will be implemented in accordance with the Compact, this PIA and any other Supplemental Agreement and any Implementation Letter.
