[Ulaanbaatar city, July 31, 2024] - Within the MCC - Mongolia Water Compact implementation framework, the MCA-Mongolia and the National Statistics Office of Mongolia (NSO) held a meeting on the 31st of July to evaluate and mark the 4th anniversary of cooperation.

During the meeting, Chairman of NSO B. Batdavaa highlighted the importance of sustainable and accessible water services and emphasized that expanding future cooperation in establishing water data collection would be in line with our country's long-term development policy.

As part of the collaboration, NSO conducted the Willingness to Pay Study and Affordability Study, indeed collecting and analyzing crucial data needed to ensure the sustainability and accessibility of water services.
