H.E. Ambassador Klecheski visits MCA-Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar, April 29, 2020 - H.E Michael Klecheski, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States to Mongolia, paid a visit to the Millennium Challenge Account – Mongolia’s office to get updated on its daily operations and progress of the Compact implementation. He had a brief tour around the office and continued to have a meeting with the MCA-Mongolia’s management team led by Ms. E. Sodontogos, CEO of MCA-Mongolia. During the meeting, he exchanged views on the current situation around the COVID-19 spread and its challenges with the team.

 His excellency highlighted the importance of the Water Compact Mongolia which is to expand the water supply of capital Ulaanbaatar by half a century and transparency and good governance model MCA-Mongolia introducing to the entire nation. Furthermore, he also emphasized his admiration for the MCA-Mongolia team's dedication and effort.
